APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Each occupant 18 years of age and older must complete a separate application.
-A valid social security number is required for each applicant
-No credit scores below 580 considered
-No prior evictions/foreclosures or collections from rental agencies
-No late/missed payments on any credit reporting within the last 12 months
-Must have clean rental history
-Debt-to-income ratio must be no higher than 50% (combination of all credit reporting liability payments and proposed rent in comparison to qualifying income)
-Must supply all income documentation
Thank you for your interest in leasing a property through Rent Now Solutions. To ensure a smooth application process, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Online Application:
- An online application will need to be completed each occupant over the age of 18.
- All occupants regardless of age must be listed on the lease.
- Once the first application has been submitted a pop up will be provided to add emails of additional occupants that still need to complete the application.
2. Application Fee:
- A non-refundable fee of $45 is required for each leaseholder.
- This fee covers the cost of a comprehensive credit, income, background check conducted by a third-party service and RentVine processing fee. Each additional occupant is required to be listed as an occupant on the lease. Occupants over the age of 18 are additionally required to complete a full application and background check.
- Applications will not be processed until every applicant has filled out, e-signed, and paid for their application.
-Application fees are NON-REFUNDABLE even if you are denied tenancy.
3. Approval Process:
- Applications will be reviewed by the homeowner for approval.
- The decision will be based on factors such as credit history, income verification, and background check results.
4. Lease Presentation:
- Upon approval, a lease agreement will be prepared for your review.
- You will be notified of the approval status and provided with a lease agreement for your acceptance.
5. Payment Requirements:
- Upon acceptance of the lease agreement, the following payments are due within 24 hours:
- Security deposit (amount specified in the lease agreement).
- First-month rent.
- Pet Fees (If applicable)
**Important Notes:**
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- All application fees and background check payments are non-refundable.
- The application process may take 5 business days for completion.
